• Garden Grove Brewing - 3445 W Cary St, Richmond, VA 23221
  A brewery and winery rolled into one, Garden Grove Brewing and Urban Winery has something for everyone. Beer, wine, and cider are always available on their rotating taps and brews like the crisp, clean Second Circle Italian Pilsner are perfect for summer. Garden Grove Brewing's charming taproom is just minutes from many Richmond homes for sale, and they often host events, including game nights and communal-style taproom dinners. 
  
  
• Trapezium Brewing Co. - 423 3rd St, Petersburg, VA 23803
  Some of the best beer in Central Virginia is made by the folks at Trapezium Brewing Co., including flagship brews like Lucky 47 White Ale and Lucky 46 New England IPA. Their taproom and production facility, located a stone's throw from these Petersburg homes for sale features an expansive (and dog-friendly) outdoor patio, which is a great gathering place on summer evenings. The kitchen serves up Neapolitan-style brick oven pizzas, and their calendar is packed with weekly music, trivia nights, and other events.
  
  
• Steam Bell Beer Works - 1717 Oak Lake Blvd, Midlothian, VA 23112
  Midlothian's Steam Bell Beer Works creates memorable beers, and their spacious taproom offers a chance to enjoy a brew or two in full view of their production facility. They have a great lineup of year-round flagship beers, but seasonal releases like the late spring/early summer Margarita Gose Ale are true highlights. Plus, food from the onsite Steam Bell Food Truck is always available during open hours. 
  
  
• Legend Brewing Co. - 321 W 7th St, Richmond, VA 23224
  With excellent beer and a down-to-earth atmosphere, Legend Brewing Co. is a great summer hangout in Richmond's Old Town Manchester neighborhood. Several exciting new beers are scheduled for release this summer, including the crisp, light-bodied Summer Bier and the fruity, refreshing Lazy Days Easy IPA. Legend Brewing also has a vast outdoor deck and beer garden, with a great view of the Richmond Skyline across the James River. 
  
  
• Triple Crossing Beer - 113 S Foushee St, Richmond, VA 23220
  IPA fans will always find something new and exciting to enjoy at Triple Crossing Beer. Although this local microbrewery offers a wide range of beer styles, IPAs are their core focus, and you'll find at least half a dozen hoppy brews on tap at any given time. Triple Crossing Beer has expanded to three locations in Central Virginia, but their original Downtown Richmond taproom is still our favorite, with its breezy patio and rustic, brick-lined interior. 
  
  
• Hardywood Park Craft Brewery - 2410 Ownby Ln, Richmond, VA 23220
  Located in Richmond's Historic German Brewing District, Hardywood Park Craft Brewing offers a wide range of easy-drinking brews that are perfect for summer sipping. Their 12,000-square-foot warehouse space is one of the largest craft breweries in the city, and they frequently host live music and other events. Hardywood Park Craft Brewery also has an expansive outdoor patio, complete with fire pits, string light illumination, and frequent food trucks.
