Napier ERA was recognized as a Top Workplace for the sixth year in a row!

This title comes from Richmond Times-Dispatch and is based on an anonymous survey that was sent out to all of Napier's employees and real estate agents. We are so happy to see another year of great reviews!

The survey asks about numerous topics that impact the workplace – including leadership, benefits, training, diversity, community involvement, and more. Our managing brokers and owners take great pride in investing in our people, supporting one another, and overall treating each other like a business family.
